Productized sprints
Fixed scope. Fixed price.Fixed timeline.Start in two weeks or less.
Custom engagements are the right shape for most serious projects. They're also overhead-heavy. For a subset of work, the scope is stable enough to productize. Four offers. All available now.
Quick reference
The four sprints.

Jump to details →AI Ops Audit
A rapid audit of where AI tools could compress cost or compress time in your marketing, creative, or product operations. We're not consultants pitching an AI strategy engagement. We're practitioners who've built AI into our own production pipeline and can show you what works and what's overhyped.
What you get
Week 1: Discovery
Two calls with your team (one with operations, one with a creative lead). We map current workflows (asset production, content creation, localization, QA, research, ops) and identify where AI tools could reduce hours or compress timelines.
Week 2: Audit doc
A concrete document (not a strategy deck) listing every workflow we looked at, which AI tool would fit where, what the integration effort looks like, and what the 90-day implementation sequence would be if you decide to move forward.
Deliverables
Audit doc (25 to 40 pages), prioritized stack of recommendations, 90-day implementation sketch, two post-audit check-in calls within 60 days.
Who it's for
- Marketing or creative teams at growing brands exploring AI
- Product orgs where AI feels potentially relevant but isn't yet integrated
- Founders deciding whether to hire an AI Ops lead or contract the work
What it isn't
This is not an AI strategy consulting engagement. It's a technical and operational audit. We'll recommend specific tools by name, specific integrations by shape, and specific first-experiments to run. If you want a strategic deck, hire a strategy firm. Different tool for a different problem.

After the call, we confirm the sprint fits
We start the Monday after signature
Sprints paid 50% at signing, 50% at launch. Standard terms. Standard invoices. No surprises.
Why
Why published prices.
Published pricing isn't a discount. The sprint rates are priced at standard margin. Published pricing is a signal. We know the shape of the work well enough to commit to it without a lengthy discovery phase. That shape is the whole value of a productized offer.
For projects outside the four sprint shapes, we move to custom scoping. Same team. Same process. Priced to the specific project instead of prix fixe.
Which sprint fits?
Two sentences is enough. We reply inside 24 hours.
