CCLEMANG has shipped multilingual platforms (three languages for Talent LNG, four for Blue Science and HLTEC, Korean and English for Moojin's 3D assembly tool) without ever calling localisation a service line. We are productizing it because clients keep asking for it as an add-on, and because the AI pipeline now makes the economics work at published prices.

The pattern is the same on every project: copy, UI strings, 3D scene labels, sometimes catalog data. AI takes the first pass in each target language. A named native speaker on our network reviews every line before publish. The published copy carries a real human read.

What we ship

Three tiers, sized to the language count, not the page count. Larger sites priced per-page above 25 pages.

Starter: one additional language

You have an English site (or a Korean site). You need one additional language live. Up to 25 pages of marketing copy, UI strings, and form labels.

Typical: 1 to 2 weeks · $1,000

Mid: two additional languages

The most common Korean export case. Korean base, English added, Japanese added. Three languages live on one site. Up to 25 pages.

Typical: 2 to 3 weeks · $2,500

Multi: three additional languages

The Blue Science and HLTEC pattern. Korean base plus three Western European languages, or Korean plus three East Asian. Up to 25 pages, four locales live.

How the pipeline runs

1. Source freeze. Korean or English base copy is locked before drafting starts. Mid-translation copy changes get expensive, so we don't enable them.

2. AI draft. Claude or DeepL produces a first pass in each target language. Quality varies by language pair. Korean to Japanese reads cleanly out of the box; Korean to Spanish needs more editorial work. Pricing assumes the human review pass either way.

3. Native review. A native speaker on our network reviews every line. Korean honorific register and Japanese keigo decisions are taken by the native reviewer, not by us. Safety-critical or regulated copy (medical, industrial-safety) is out of scope for the base tier. It gets a paid legal-review extension at $1,500 per language.

4. Implementation. The translations land in your CMS, your i18n routing, or your 3D scene label registry, wherever they need to live. Standard targets: Next.js i18n, WordPress polylang, Webflow CMS, Cafe24 multilingual.

5. QA. Visual diff per locale. Reading-order check per script (right-to-left handled where applicable). A final read-through on a production-equivalent build.

What we won't do

• Translate safety-critical or regulated copy without explicit legal-review pricing on top.
• Skip the native review pass. The whole point of the published price is that a human signs every line off.
• Translate languages CCLEMANG's network does not cover. We currently ship native review for English, Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese. Other languages route to specialist partners.
• Take on more than four locales as a single sprint. Beyond four, the QA pass alone breaks the timebox.
